Adult Weight Management – Level 2

For those who have completed Level 1 and would like to learn more about maintaining a healthy weight and weight loss goals.
Level 1 is a prerequisite to Level 2.
Learn how to plan meals, developed a structured physical activity plan, and learn how to deal with thoughts and feelings that affect behavior change.
Topics include:
- Adding movement into your day
- Making healthy food choices and meal planning
- Becoming mindful of patterns
3 Sessions of 2.5 hours
