Screening and Prevention Panel Management Program

The Rocky Primary Care Network, in partnership with the Physicians of the Rocky Medical Clinic, have developed a Screening and Prevention Program to target patients, prior to or at the time of an appointment, who meet the criteria for Alberta Health recommended screening. You may be seen by a nurse prior to seeing the physician while you are waiting in the exam room or you may be contacted prior to your booked appointment and offered screening.

Those maneuvers that have been highlighted will be offered to you at the time of your appointment or over the phone up to 2 weeks prior.
